Range Sunset Hat (Black)

Our Range Sunset Hat features a striking, modern take on one of the best aspects of the western frontier. This picturesque sunset is heat stamped into full grain Horween leather and paired with one of our six hat colors options. How they're made: Using a combination of heat and pressure we stamp each full-grain leather patch. This debossing process maintains the integrity of the leather while being able to achieve ultra-high detail designs. We hand apply each patch using our proprietary adhesion process in our Laramie, WY workshop. This incredibly strong bond is built to take on anything you throw at it.
